Pricing & payments
Our starting packages are $299 USD for a landing page, $499 USD for a website of up to 5 standard pages, and $899 USD for a website of up to 10 standard pages. Additional standard pages are $50 each. Migrations start at $100, while fixes are quoted based on scope. Your written quote confirms the final price and inclusions. See Services & Pricing for full details.
Yes, those are generally separate costs. You should own your domain and hosting accounts and pay the providers directly. The right hosting arrangement depends on whether your site is static HTML or WordPress.
Premium builder licences are not automatically included. Where a project needs a paid licence, the preferred approach is for the client to purchase and own the appropriate licence directly. Licence terms and costs should be confirmed before work starts.
The standard arrangement is a 50% deposit to schedule the project and the remaining 50% before production launch and final handover. Your written quote and agreement confirm the actual payment schedule.
Building your website
Yes. Static websites can be a good fit for businesses that need fast, straightforward pages and do not require a full content management system. Features such as contact forms, booking tools, and payments may require a third-party service or separate backend.
WordPress projects can be discussed based on your requirements. WordPress needs compatible hosting, and premium themes, builders, and plugins may require separate licences. The written quote will clarify the approach and any additional costs.
Responsive layout is included in the standard website packages. We'll check the agreed pages at common screen sizes, but the exact appearance can vary across browsers, devices, and third-party embeds.
Unless stated in your quote, you provide approved copy, logos, and images. Copywriting, translation, extensive data entry, and sourcing paid assets are separate services and can be quoted if needed.
Basic on-page SEO setup is included as described in the package. This is not a full SEO campaign and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or enquiries.
Timing depends on the number of pages, functionality, content readiness, feedback, and third-party services. Your quote will include an estimated schedule. Delays in receiving content, access, or approvals may affect the timeline.
The revision allowance is stated in your quote. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope. Additional rounds, new features, or a substantial change in direction may require an additional quote.
After launch
A static HTML website generally requires editing the code or using a connected content-management solution. WordPress provides a dashboard for many content updates. We'll explain the options relevant to your chosen website type before the project begins.
Maintenance can be arranged separately if available and agreed in writing. Hosting, domains, premium licences, third-party subscriptions, major repairs, and new development are not automatically included in maintenance.
The agreement will explain ownership and handover. Once all agreed payments are made, the client receives the deliverables specified in the agreement. Third-party software, themes, fonts, stock assets, and services remain subject to their own licence terms. Client-owned accounts should remain under the client's control.
Complete the project inquiry form. If your project looks like a good fit, we'll arrange a 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your needs.
