A clear process, from first inquiry to launch

You don't need to know every technical detail before getting started. We'll discuss your goals, explain the options, and agree on the scope before development begins.

01
Step 1

Send an inquiry

Complete the project inquiry form with your business details, the type of website you need, your goals, and any relevant links. You don't need a finished brief; a clear overview is enough to start the conversation.

02
Step 2

Book a 30-minute Zoom call

If the project appears to be a good fit, we'll arrange a 30-minute call to discuss your business, target customers, preferred style, required pages, functionality, budget, and timing.

The call is for discovery and planning. It does not obligate either party to proceed.
03
Step 3

Review your written quote

You'll receive a written proposal or quote that sets out:

  • Deliverables and page count
  • Included functionality
  • Price and payment schedule
  • Estimated timeline and key dependencies
  • Revision allowance
  • Client-supplied content and access requirements
  • Exclusions and third-party costs

Work begins only after the agreement is accepted, the required deposit is received, and the necessary content and access are available.

04
Step 4

Development and preview

We'll build the website according to the agreed scope. When a review version is ready, you'll receive a preview link or other agreed way to review it.

Please gather feedback and submit it clearly within the review period set out in the quote. The agreed revision rounds cover adjustments within the original scope; new pages, new functionality, or a change in direction may cost extra.

A preview may use sample content or demonstration functionality. Features such as form delivery, bookings, payments, or integrations must be tested with the relevant service and account before being treated as production-ready.
05
Step 5

Approval, payment, and launch

After the agreed review, we'll confirm any outstanding items. The remaining balance is due before the production launch and final handover unless the written agreement says otherwise.

For static websites, the site may be deployed to the client's Cloudflare account. For WordPress websites, the client provides or purchases compatible hosting. Domain, hosting, licences, and third-party accounts should remain under the client's ownership wherever practical.

06
Step 6

Handover

At handover, you'll receive the deliverables listed in the quote, relevant access or source files as agreed, and any agreed basic instructions. Ongoing maintenance and support are separate unless included in writing.

Your part

What we need from you

To keep the project moving, please provide the following.

Client delays can affect the schedule. We'll communicate if a delay changes the expected delivery date.
  • Accurate business information and approved website copy
  • Your logo, photos, and other assets you have rights to use
  • Timely feedback and a single set of consolidated revision notes where possible
  • Access to the relevant domain, hosting, or third-party accounts when required
  • Decisions and approvals within the agreed timeframes
Ready when you are

Start with a simple inquiry

Share a few details about your business and what you'd like your website to achieve. You don't need every detail figured out.
